At Yaihka- Luxury Creations, each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending any items back.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

  • Made-to-order clothing or other and custom items are final sale.
  • These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-Order or custom items
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Earrings due to hygiene, safety regulations and the risk of infection.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly assist you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
